Creeptest system – ISO9967 / ISO9969 / EN1605 / etc
Our Creeptest system evaluates how materials behave under a long-term load. It measures tensile or compressive strength, creep strain and creep rupture time – providing key insights into material durability and reliability.
A constant load is applied to a specimen, under controlled conditions (stress, temperature, humidity). Our controls module tracks deformation, delivering accurate performance data with our Creeptest software.

General
Our Creeptest system consists of multiple Creeptest units (depending on customer demands), a Controls module and Creeptest software.
Creeptest Software can conduct tests according to several standards: EN 1605 (isolation material), ISO 9967, ISO 9969.
Features

Multiple Creeptest units
- Base frame from Alu profiles on height adjustable feet.
- Backlash free ballscrew spindle (AC servomotor driven) to apply load on sample.
- Guide columns with bushings for stable movement of crosshead / tooling.
- High resolution optical absolute encoder mounted directly on ballscrew spindle to measure displacement.
- Loadcell to measure applied load, mounted bottom side.
- Electrical cabinet incl servodrive and emergency button.
- Main dimensions: w:900 x d:600 x h:2000 mm.
Controls module
- Controls module mounted on a table frame, contains a 24” monitor, keyboard, mouse and electrical cabinet.
- Working height 1000mm.
- Industrial PC and data acquisition system to control up to 15 Creeptest units.
- Temperature chamber is controlled via our Controls module.
- Possibility for remote access.
- Main dimensions: w:700 x d:500 x h:1600 mm.
Software “Creeptest” module
- Main screen to select an individual Creeptest unit.
- On each sub screen (Creeptest unit) programmable parameters can be set (including article/order and or “timestamp” information), before starting a test.
- Measuring data will be (graphically) displayed on the screen and stored in the control system.
- Automatic increase of logging time interval.
- After completion of test a PDF-report will generated.
- A Creeptest can be set, started or stopped individually for each Creeptest unit.
- It is also possible to start multiple tests simultaneously.
- Temperature of heat chamber can be set via our Creeptest software module.
- Data can be exported in csv-format to a PC-network.
